so I got the ddm tuning 35w canbus plus kit for my projector lows ...I’ve seen guys post that they are fitting everything into the stock projector housing .... I for the life of me figure out how to stuff it all in there and get the dust cover back on... anyone that’s done it successfully happen to Snap a pic before you put your dust cover back on?

Im more afraid of heat build up, but I know many guys do it. Not all ballasts are the same size either. The slim lines I can fit nearly anywhere.

I wouldn’t put the ballast in there even if you could get it to fit.. keep it on the outside of the housing so if or when you have a issue with it can easily be swapped or replaced.

Was this your first time taking everything apart? The reason I ask is because I am about to upgrade my projectors to HID and just wondering how long it took you from start to finish.

Sorry for hijacking your thread!
