BakFlip G2 and Bed Bars

Hello and good day from germany.

I own a 2010 1500 Quad Cab with a BakFlip G2 cover and would like to install a Bed Bar.
My question now is:
are there Bed Bars that are "compatible" with the BakFlip? So that i can still use my cover and also install the bars?
Informations regarding my dealers here in germany are that this is not possible.

Any hints from you professionals?

Are you talking the bed rails that run front to back, attaching in the stake pockets, to have a bar raised about 1-2 inches from the top of the bed...typically chrome?

I wish I had any help for you, but my response will effectively bump the thread at least.

As my native language is german i am not sure if we are meaning the same.
Maybe this is also called "Roll Bar" on some shops.

Gotcha. Ya, here stateside you generally see these called roll-bars (even though in a rollover they are less than useless) or sport bars.

I think Go Rhino makes a nice one, but unsure if it would fit with a tonneau.

The top picture with the dark truck is a Go Rhino bar.
Maybe i should try and get in touch with them directly.
If somebody knows what fits and what don't it should be those guys...

That top one LOOKS like it is installed with a G2 or something like it. Good idea to contact Go Rhino directly, as they would definitely know.

Just got an email from Go Rhino.
The Sport Bar 2.0 fits with the BakFlip but the first 2 segments of the cover can no longer be opened...
So now i am in trouble...
On one hand i would love to get a roll bar but i still want to use my bed...
