Anyone running this? Are you happy with it? I have a 2018 CC LB 2500 Tradesman 6.4. Mostly an on road vehicle. When off road I'm not getting on it. This will mostly be for aesthetics. I have 3.73 gearing since I run empty mainly and on the highway 50+ miles to and from work. Wheel/tire wise I'll probably stick with 295 70 on 18's.

I have considered a Thuren or Carli kit. Still just investigating.

I just put a Rough Country 2.5” leveling kit on my 18 2500 6.4. And for less than $100 free shipping ta boot.
Rough Country is an extremely awesome company. Very well made parts.
I’m running 35-12.5/20’s on RBP wheels

I'd recommend front coils and shocks, not spacers and extensions. Thuren coils and white body shocks are not very expensive.

Reloader-did you have to do any extra drilling for the holes? And did that specific kit come with the shock extenders(re-locators)? Looks great!

There is no Drilling required for the Thuren Lift.

The Thuren kit seems pretty well put together. I’m not opposed to spending $$ on a solid kit. I just want something that will not deteriorate the ride. I drive 100+ miles round trip to work and family road trip a lot. Really only tow heavy short distances to and from a boat ramp and it’s only a 23’ boat, fully loaded probably 7000lbs. I don’t want to raise my truck much over a level kit though, the Thuren 3” seems palatable as I load and unload my work gear and smaller misc. loads all the time.

Had a thuren on my old 2500. I promise you won't be disappointed. But once cry once. A basic kit will aesthetically look the part but will not ride better, potentially worse. He's got a multitude of options from mild to wild. He's the 2500 guru.

I had his fox 2.0 resi shocks. Ram them hard for a couple years. Lasted up here in the north east without and corrosion or maintenance issues at all. They were only 10" travel but i could push it harder than I wanted to push my dd. I'm not going to lie, it spoiled me, I've been trying to replicate a suspension for my 1500 that has a similar feel. It was a firm, sporty yet compliant comfortable ride.

I know that's a pricey kit, but even his non resi shocks would be a big upgrade. I'm not sure how the overlands are as I was in a 3rd gen and most of the guys jumped right into the Fox's or king 2.5s but I do know, and will attest, that anything that Don gets his hands on will perform as expected.
