hmmm, the only other thing I can think of is to check the threads on the adjustable bar and be sure its tight.
Other than that, take a couple pics and post them up, because now im curious.

It was keg that drilled the extra hole and not me.

there definitely is a difference of angles between your bar and mine (you are dead nuts level). I think if you did drill a hole like keg mentioned that might help. looking at your pic, on the right handed mount (frame side) if you could move that pivot point up and drill a new mounting hole, you would kinda be at the same angle as mine.

Besides that, how are your sway bar end links? no broken ends?
The end links were one more reason that made me choose mcgaughys, there kit includes new shorter links.

What are the odds that the belltech shocks are just too soft on rebound? and this is causing the loss of control and the wag. can someone measure the distance between the two bolts on the left end of the bar with the brackets on a mcgaughy kit. looking at the pics it looks a good bit longer

If you hsve the adjustable bar you have to use locktite and lock washers. I just used locktite and the bar became loose so I added lock washers and so far seems tight.

Yeah, I agree the mcgaughy bracket does look like it drops a lot more, Its way too cold for me to go measure tonight (its 1degree out there!), but id guess a 4" lower relocate.

also, the guys not having the problem, what shocks are you running?

stock shocks here

The extra hole that Keg did for sure would be an improvement and well worth a try for the cost (free).

Im not really getting the idea behind this adjustable bar? If the relocator bracket did its job, than there would be no need for it right?

I think you are right. I only got the two inch drop and there was no bracket included and they will not sell it separately.

to me and what i have researched on the adjustable panhard bar is just to center the wheels but the bracket is to make it parallel to the axle the new bar alone is better but still not parallel it needs to be parallel for the truck to have an up down movement that feels straight if the bar is at an angle your basically how i see it creating a catapult effect it wants to sling the truck to the side if that makes any since i haven't done it yet but am going to drill a hole how keg184 has it to make it parallel to the axle

yeah, it took me awhile to realize that hes not as low as ours, just has the 2" leveling drop.
the end result of drilling the hole would be the same though. Im thinking just a little downward angle might help (higher on the right side)

even if it dosent, its no big loss, it costs nothing to try. (and free to go back)

plus, while your pan hard bar is off, you can check the adjuster for tightness.
from what ive read on those things, I would consider tack welding the jam nuts.

I have the Belltech 2/4 with street preformer shocks, coming home from the install I had 200+ pounds of old parts in the back of my truck. No wag. After the alignment and removal of the weight out of my truck, it looked like my dogs greeting me when I get home from work.
Added the Spohn adjustable Pan Hard bar, my rear end was 5/8 of a inch off set to the passengers side. It's now centered and I can barley feel a wag, it still there but not bad enough that it scares the **** out of me to drive above 50.
I'm looking at a sway bar and fully adjustable upper and lower control arms. So about another $1,000 to get my baby to stop swinging her ass down the road .
If I would have found and read this thread , I would have never went 2/4. 2" level maybe but the whole idea behind modding my truck is making it better. This has not been a making it better experience, it's been a oh **** what have I done to my truck and how much is it going to cost me to get it back to where it was at.

Mine

100% level across, mine has the relocation bracket on the left. Mounts to the frame on the right.

I have leveled the panhard bar and centered the rear axle and the wagging is gone. For those that got a adjustable panhard bar put lock washers on. I used locktite and it still got loose. After I used the lock washers it stayed tight.

Where are you putting lock washers? On the bushings?
