I am sorry I do not have photos of it. The front and rear part numbers supersede to each other so they are using the same module now. Did you purchase one that was not correct? If so what was the # on it?

Gotcha, Well the 4672641ac is specific to trucks with front & rear park assist so I have no reason to think its incorrect.
