Hopefully it's the tailgate assist and you didn't pay $40 for $5 worth of plastic bins :roflsquared:

I'm confused. 40 dollars for even the tailgate assist is high

Hahah. You guys go find two plastic bins tall/short/long enough to actually handle ****. Ohh and live in an area with 10% tax.

It ain't easy. (No they weren't $40 exactly more like low $30s)

Ohh and make sure the bins hold so weight also.

Anyway, makes groceries easy. Load them up, they don't slide around. When I get home I just grab the bin and take the hole thing upstairs. Costco runs are much better

4TH GENS have slots in the inner bedsides where you can insert a 2x4 or 2x6 board to keep items in the rear....which would serve the same function for an $8 2x6x8

Well it was sort of a joke thread. However, trust me, these make all the sense in the world. They don't slide because I have line-x. not sure how they would do on a normal bed. I have never had them slide when loaded. I have had to hit the brakes hard with them empty and then I have to fish them out.

Yes, Costco boxes would work also, but then you need to get rid of the boxes. Let Costco keep their boxes!
I throw three loaded to the brim grocery bags in one. Keeps the bags upright as well as not sliding around. Grab the entire unit and bring it in the house. Done.

Very handy for small parts as well.

I cant be the only one who uses bins in the bed like this.

I use the compartments under the rear seat for grocery bags, especially bottles, keeps them upright and they don't roll around.

VERY gentle on the brakes and gas!

yes, this! gentle on the brakes! but I'm not sure what you're talking about with the gas. I'm not familiar with that technique.

I did sort of the same thing for years in my trucks. Makes me that much more glad I got the RamBox. Not only do you get the 2 truck purses you also get the cargo divider / extender.
