Since I have the ******* child. What's the most worth it? I ordered a cai, I already have exhaust and a superchips. Should I look at headers too?

Gears will eventually happen as well. Im too slammed at work to do them right nowd my gear guy is backed up.

But anything else I should look at?

After I saved up for CAI (AEM Brute Force) I found no real gains so I sold it and dropped in a K&N and ported TB. I found the tubed CAI made alot of unescessary Noise. IMO for the 03's you cannot beat the Hemi Hat. A ported TB is good money spent but beware of the Knife edge it is a No No. I do beleive I will try the Stage 2 CAI by AFE as you can retain the Hat and actually get some gains without the Noise.
CAI in the beginning with SC and few mods may work well for you but I am just telling about my experience with that during my build time.

Since you used the word ******* you must have read alot about the 03's here and elsewhere........

Start with TMR Delete Mod....Free
Power wire......Cheap 2 Bucks (4.7K Ohm resister, I think?}
Transgo Stage 2 Shift Kit and install the Resistor for line pressure increase dispite what the instructions say if you have a tuner (they meant 04's and 05 when the said that).
E-Fan (Don't be cheap, go Black Magic 180) ***Excellent Results on this one
Headers (when you Cam).

Gears are one of the best mods for sure.
Torque converter........Yep
And Cam.........valve springs........rods.....so you can set the SC and shift at 6400 Rpm

The 03's rock and when you get it where you want you can beat all the stock v-8's and diesels out there 0-60.

84,400.

I need to look into a few of those on the list. I've never heard of a few.

Picked up gear oil and ATF today to do the diffs and tcase, plus all 16 plugs since mine are looking tired.

Also ended up buying a k&n filter instead of a full blown cai. I figure it's a good hold over for 40 bucks.

Folks use them but i could not be bothered researching a temp controller, etc.
That was the inside joke on my "Don't be cheap comment". If my e-fan ever goes I can get a replacement off the shelve at the local Auto Parts joint. Flexalite now has a big 40 amp fuze and never heard of any problems. It's your choice man if you are familiar and compfortable with Taurus go for it.

Glad to hear you didn't do a full CAI and before someone suggests it to you, I will comment in advance that I am not a Fan of the HomeBrew CAI set-up either. And the Dual Bombz ebay one is a joke too (I tried it).

Do the shift Kit and change your fluid and Filters and look around for a 2500 HD Cooler, either size available is better than whats on there, you just need a line discnnector for that job.
