Bilstein 5100 Question

I'm planning on buying a set of Bilstein 5100's for my 2014 Ram Big Horn. Can someone tell me if they come with dust tubes? If not, do the need them?

Nope, not needed.

No dust boot's, the non-adjustable 5100's are the only one's that come with them. Pretty sure it has to do with the design of it being adjustable the boot can't be clamped in one place.

Not required or can't be used ? I plan on leaving mine @ 2.8" with Mevotech UCA's, I wanted to install RED boots .
Could I install boots and secure with a tie wrap or is this not possible ?

I would imagine that installing a boot on them is no problem, just have to get it on there and clamp it down. As to where to get them... Idk, I would think that you could get a set that comes with basic 5100's and they would fit.

I would advise against zip ties for holding it and get some clamps like you would use on CV boots as you would never get the zip ties tight enough and they would slide all over.

That's what I was thinking , bilsteins has the on there site . I just like the Retro look of Red boots on the shocks , I wonder if anyone has done this ?

I thought I saw that also, good eye. I just didn't enlarge the pic to see it. Let rephrase by saying (I personally) would put the band clamp on it, but everyone else can do as they please.
