I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 4 wheel drive crew cab. I had a blow out on the front drivers side. Everysince then the battery will not keep a charge. Had some one look at it . He said that it had somet, hing to do with the wiring harness and the only way to fix it was to put a toggle switch to cut everything off when it was parked. Can someone give me some ideas as t,o what to do?

Find someone else to look at it. It's possible something inside the battery partially cracked when the blowout happened. Try having the battery actually load tested or if it's about 4 or more years old replace it as your probably due for one anyways.
If it's the wiring harness, the damage would most likely visible and repairable.

Definitely get the battery tested but look to see if anything got damaged from the blow out. Start checking fuses to make sure there arent any blown. Make sure the alternator is charging the battery
