Here we go, a little history.
I have had only high for working blower for quite a while.
About 3 weeks ago I had nothing till we pounded around the blower and resistor. Than high again only.

So, I ordered a resistor, installed it and low and behold I have all speeds. High does not seem as high and I am getting some noise from the blower.

Yesterday, nothing all of a sudden, Bang around the blower and I have everything again.

When I changed the resistor is was pretty corroded.

Am I looking at the blower do you think?

Thanks,Doug

It does sound to me like a blower issue having replaced the resistor already.

But just a thought, but have you ever replaced the recirculation door behind the blower...? It can break apart and either drop chunks in the blower causing noise or jamming the fan, or it can lay across the opening and block air flow. Very common problem. The replacement part has a metal attachment rather than the cheap plastic that dodge put it.

Good luck.
