Can you do a body lift in conjunction with Bilstein 5100 and a rear coil spacer? Looking at the zone 1.5" body lift

Another yes. I've had two trucks with 5100's at 2.1 and a Zone 1.5" body lift. The rear spacer won't interfere with any of the above either.

Yes. I'm running a 6" Zone suspension lift, 1.5" Zone body lift with Bilsteins. You'll be just fine.

If you asking if the body lift comes with bumper relocation brackets, then the answer is yes. I read your question a couple times and don't quite know what you're asking.... Lol!

Well I wanted to keep my ranch hand, but didn't want to gap between the bumper and the body.

Yep no issues doing that. I'd recommend the 3" body lift though. Labour is the same, just $100 more in parts. My truck has a 2" front level with 1.5" rear spacer. 3" body lift on 35's.

Again just to help me out mentally, what's the advantage of doing a body lift on top of the Bilstein shocks ? I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I really would like to know folks. :)

Just gives you more lift at a lower price than a full suspension lift

Cool I fully understand that part now. Your truck height is what i would want mine to look like. :)
