Meh. He can bash all he wants. I could really care less. I could be on my own in debt to my eyes and not enjoying life or I can keep doing what I'm doing and be happy. It's a no brainer.

At any rate, yes it is a bit much and I would be sick of it real quick if I had to drive it every day. That's why I got my Sport instead of a Laramie or a Laramie Longhorn. Too farkin much.

I had to move back in with my parents due to getting laid off from work and being in the middle of a divorce. After being on your own it is rough having to move back in. I think you are doing the right thing. Its rough out there....the economy sucks balls. Get your **** straight so that you are not struggling pay check to pay check. I can tell you from experience......it is not fun.

Ok, what's so "LOL!" about that? 22 years old... College student... I can live at home, pay no rent, work around the place, operate a small company, work full time and take classes at night a hell of a lot easier than if I was paying for an apartment. Besides, it's rather nice having a full service garage at my disposal anytime I need it. Lift, metal mill, welders, lathe and several thousands in tools.

It's a no brainer to me.

I have my own house and yes my wife lives with me but I pay for everything. I don't see anything wrong with living with your parents even if you were 50. Why not spend as much time as possible with the most important people you will ever meet. I say anyone who gives someone who lives with their parents or relative greef needs to do some self reflection. Paying pointless bills like a mortgage should be put off as long as possible and quality parent time is great. In this environment live with them more power to you Laramie.

Thanks. We have had two issues with it though.

1. I towed with it the other day for the first time and I got about 5 feet down the drive when I had to get out and check just to make sure the trailer was still attached to the truck. The Ram has no idea that anything is even back there! It can be a little scary at first.

2. The fenders ARE HUGE on this truck. Those of us who have used goose neck trailers know that you have to get in the bed to shackle the trailer to the truck and you really can't do that with these fenders. We're just use to being able to reach over the bed side and flipping the latch. And the truck is farking TALL for a truck that needs to tow. We're actually going to have to modify our trailers so we can raise them up. Right now if you get into a place where the trailer is leaning a bit, you'll be rubbing on the bed side and that's no good.

Other than that, we love the damn thing and people drool all over it when they see it.

Awesome truck again Chris. When your making a tight turn is the neck of the trailer passing the fender with room?

Barely.

Here's a pic so you get what I'm talking about. We can't raise the trailers up anymore or we'll start putting more load on the back wheels and that's no good.

See how little clearance there is when you're on flat ground? Yea, it gets a hell of a lot closer when you're leaning on a hill and what not. AND look how dirty that thing is!
