I HAVE HAD ALL GENERATION OF RAM AND SOME OF THE SAME GENS 2 OR 3 AT ONCE FOR WORK. SINCE I BOUGHT THIS 2026 I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND NO ONE IN CUSTOMER CARE GIVES A **** . I AM LOOSING MONEY AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN OFFER A BUY BACK YET AND I WILL PROBABLY WILL NEVER BUY RAM AGAIN SINCE I WAS TREATED THIS WAY. LOVE THE CUMMINS AND NEW ZF TRANNY BUT TOUCHSCREEN THEY CAN NOT SEEM TO FIX AND IT HAS MY TOWHAUL MODE ON IT AND EXHAUST BRAKE ON IT AND THEY DO NOT WORK AND I TOW DAILY WITH IT... SO FRUSTRATED WITH RAM TRY TO CARE OF ME THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED STARR THEY ARE A JOKE CAN NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THEM. FIRST TIME ON HERE AND PROBABLY LAST. I AM GETTING NO WERE WITH RAM JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Did you buy from a KY Swope dealer? I had issues with my ‘24 Ram…and they took care of me beyond measure.

I bought it at Batesville Chrysler in Indiana cause they had the one I wanted in stock. And I live in Louisville Kentucky so I took it to the nearest Chrysler dealership to my office and it’s at Oxmoor Chrysler and it’s been there for three months. And nothing is being done they’ve even had engineers in from up north come check it out and they say they fix it. 24 hours later I’m back in the shop. It’s like I’m in a nightmare. I just can’t even believe this is happening getting no customer service no help no rental. It’s just almost unbelievable.

I have had six different Dodge diesels cause I tow for a living and have a small business and this is one of my business trucks and I’m losing half my business because I do not have a second truck to run the other business routes and they don’t even give a ****.

That will help speed the repair up

I did exactly that when I bought my Warlock in January '22.
I'm covered with a loaner for any warranty-related work.

The dealership I bought from closed about a year later, but the only useful dealership I found since, in '24, said I'm covered for loaners. I had a door lock solenoid changed under warranty.

The lock solenoid change took less than an hour of labour, IIRC, but they provided my choice of vehicle to run errands while they worked. :cool:

I've heard of problems with the 12" screen, but when did they start displaying the control for the exhaust brake and tow/haul mode on a screen? My 12" screen has a bunch of functions, but not those. I bought mine in early February and EB & TH are switches below the 12" screen along with the front and rear parking sensors in my truck.
