Yea, just picked the l7 cause it was available at a certain price to me, and it is a pretty sturdy sub, should handle what is thrown at it and hopefully not be as picky. The slim type r is nice but I didn't agree with how it portrayed a lot of music I listened to. If I could I would put my old infinity kappa perfect in there but she won't fit. Hope the l7 does okay. Haven't listened to it yet.

my issue is i keep thinking of different box designs or different ideas once i get started. I listened to the L7 today for a little bit, got to do some tuning but it sounds good for now. I figured out another way to get a little more air space out of the next box trying to talk myself out of making another one.

How much airspace is it in, suspension will loosen up, and get better as it does.

It is right about 1 cube. My target was 1.25 but the way I built the starting frame limited that greatly. Ill play around with this one for a bit and see what I can get done tuning it.
