Hi, Sorry if this has been asked before, my 1st post and didn't see anything in the search.

New 2018 1500, waiting on delivery, it has 17" tires and I am going to upfit it with 20".

Is between Michelin Defender LTX m/s and Bridgestone KO2's. I do not plan to off road just my everyday vehicle.

The reviews on the KO2's are good (other than not great wet traction) and I love the look of them and thing the pick up will look way better with them.

Question is because of the tread on these will they be harder on fuel economy over the Defenders, and if yes by how much?

Thanks if anybody can help me here.

I think the fuel economy might suffer a bit but not so much because of the tread design but because you are going with a bigger and heavier than stock tire
