You should replace it as soon as possible with a replacement bolt, ignore it at your own peril
Well I’m not ignoring it I’m wondering how to fix it, the bolt is fixed onto there and this nut part has more threads on it is what broke off. Idk if I should drill the remaining out and put in new nut and bolt.

What I believe is we need much more info.
What kind / model of truck is it?
What V8?
More pics ?
I’ll get more pics in afternoon, it’s to the left of the driver upper control arm. Basically the nut you can loosen to access the upper control arm outer mounting bolt better.

Instead of taking pictures,just fix the thing.You got 2 bolts right beside it that'll work as a ground if you crimp a bigger end onto the wire.It's not rocket science dude ;)

Did you actually look at it when you took the pictures? The amount of time you've spent taking pictures and typing on here would of fixed it by now. If nothing else grind the paint off and drill another hole and either use a lag bolt or tap the hole for threads and bolt it back on to another part of the frame if you don't want to fix the original stud

@professor00

Post #6 answered your question OP. Easy peasy.

Or drill out and put another bolt either self tapping or bolt/ it with lock washer and wire affixed properly. Just be real cognizant if U R drilling ne thing beware of anything hidden U cannot see, ie., insure safe where U drill so as to not hit ne thing.

No I didn’t, took the pictures with my eyes closed and had my personal robot type this all up for me so actually didn’t spend any time typing. Thank you for the last part of your paragraph, that’s the information I was wondering if I could do.

Thank you. Don't worry, won't happen again since I now have better things to do, than answer lame questions.
