BT Catch can o ring?

Does the BT catch can come with a rubber o ring? Emptied my today and noticed oil on the threads of the can. I do not have one, but does anyone have one or that normal?

Just emptied mine last night, it never came with one. Only reason I've ever seen oil on the threads is from dumping the can

I get oil on the threads with mine and it has an o ring.

I got mine from Bullys but its a UPR product. My can has the threads... opposite of the pic above. It has a black O-ring on it. I checked it for the first time today... Had a little caramel in it.
