what moparmulisha said, just call bully dog. pay a fee and theyll send you an unlock code. because of the fee needed to unlock it, is why I priced to cheap.

Just an FYI, I bought a used Bully Dog from my friends dad and I didn't know it needed to be unlocked. I tried installing it and it didn't work. The next day I called Bully Dog and they unlocked it and installed all new software free of charge, Great company to deal with!

Good luck with the sale, exactly what I paid for mine!

bully dog has't released the 14 cal yet. I was on the phone with them about 2 weeks ago.
I have one of these as a paperweight until they release the 14 cal
