Bully Dog Question

I have a 2006 Ram 1500 sport 5.7 hemi. I just got the bully dog installed and seen a setting under engine size to select the engine displacement. It's currently set at 3.5 L, do I need to bump it up to 5.7 L? And what does engine displacement mean?
