has anyone painted the black textured bumper cover on there truck and if so how much was it?

Or would it be easier to just order the primed upper cover and get a paint shop to paint it and how much would it cost to get it painted?

I did it, not on my ram, but on my old truck ( sierra ) .

I ask a local paint shop top paint it but the price was really high and the job not garanteed.

So I did it by myself with that paint Fusion for Plastic® - | Krylon . I don't know what it's your color, but that was perfect for a white truck. Very durable also. What is great with that paint , is that the paint required no preparation. Clean and paint , no primer. no sand paper.

I have heard about the plasti dip, but I don't know if I can trust that thing ?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing to my white '11. I'll do anything to get rid of the black color on the cover. How many coats did you apply?
