Just a quick thanks to Auburn CA Dodge dealer. Had the hemi tick for months now and knew it was coming from the passenger side exhaust manifold. I assumed a broken or multiple broken bolts. Dealer fixed a few recalls and found the broken bolt. Without me even asking, they replaced the manifold (warped), exhaust manifold gasket and all the bolts on the passenger side. All was covered under warranty. Got the truck back the same day. Just thought I would share a excellent Dealership experience because even I was surprised by the positive experience. Truck purs like a kitten again with zero tick

Just a FYI, the hemi tick is not the exhaust manifold issue.

Hemi tick is a slight ticking noise that can be heard coming from the engine, usually when warm. Some engines seem to be worse than others. No ones really been able to figure out exactly what it is, but it doesn’t appear to be harmful.

Tach_tech, I may be looking at what your describing. The Hemi tick in my 2012 5.7 is happening when it's warm. I know some of the broken bolt or leaking exhaust manifold issues get quieter as they warm up. What is the issue with the tick when warm. I don't believe mine is the dreaded cam lobe and lifter issue as I have no performance problems or codes. Tell me about the unknown issue....
