Cab Light Installation

I am new to the game when comes to owning a Ram or even a truck bigger than a Nissan Frontier. I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Sport Night Edition with a 5.7 Hemi and 4 x 4. I quickly realized that people are quick to miss it while switching lanes on the highway, so I want to have exterior cab lights installed. I wanted to see if anyone knew if that particular year and model had a pre-existing wiring harness already installed or if I need to buy the whole lighting kit.
