I have a 2017 1500 that I want to add cab lights to. Mopar is awfully expensive, but understand they do allow a bulb to be changed when burned out vice total replacement. Anything else out there like these? I want smoked lenses vice clear, anyone done this replacement with Mopar? Best LED bulbs? Links welcome. Thanks.

Best bet is too buy the template on eBay and then install led smoked cab lights. Sure you'll have to replace the whole thing but they last 50,000 hours if they are on 24/7 that's almost 6 years

https://www.ramforum.com/threads/cab-lights.107274/ I would take a read through this. The OEM set is only $90. Not sure what your budget is, or what you mean by expensive. Would stay away from the led sets personally as the tend to burn out (think how many taligate light bars you see with missing leds). When I installes mine I bought a second set of clear lenses to smoke, but just never got around to doing it. My original bulbs that came with the kit are still going strong 4 yrs later
