Cai and programmers

I'm looking to get some info from you guys. Got a 2011 Ram with the hemi wondering if you could point me in the right direction. I've been doing my research but still have not been able to find the best deal for a Cai. Also im not sure weather an open or closed would be better. And does anyone happen to have any info on programmers?

Trucks are still locked up, no programs, if you play in the mud a lot of stuff like that closed would be your bet and most people like the voltant and if not k&n is a good open option

nobody knows. Everybody is hopeful, but i honestly don't think its going to happen without chrysler giving the info up.

If you are considering a closed filter intake, then take a look at the S&B as well. It is very similar to the Volant, but their fitment has been better than what most guys are getting on the Volant kits.

As for open filter kits, Vararam is also a great kit. It has a scoop that draws air in over the radiator and the filter is sealed off to the hood to prevent you from sucking up any engine heat.

And like mentioned, there are talks of a programmer coming out for the 11's-12's, but nothing is set in stone yet. Hopefully they come around soon.
