CAI worth getting ?

I do run an aftermarket intake on all of my trucks, but if you do not have a tuner yet, I would look into that before messing with an intake.

Yes it's worth it. More air in + more air out + programming = More Power!!!

You're not going to get anything from it unless you tune it. The computer compensates for the extra air.

This is correct minus 1 thing.. you will get some added sound/grunt from under the hood without a tune but that is all.. Go with Vararam or S&B..

CAI is just a huge waste of money IMO. You can spend it elsewhere. It's not like the old days where you could get MAYBE 10HP by just throwing on a CAI or a K&N.

You know what does more bang for the buck is a the Magnaflow Y Adapter on the exhaust. That really opens up the exhaust. You don't push the pedal down as far to get up and go.. and on the highway, you're barely on the pedal. That was a great mod!

Even with a single exit exhaust?

Not sure where the y pipe is installed, right after the cats or before the dual exits on some Rams?
