I WILL INSTALL TO MY 5.9 MAGNUM A CAM WITH AROUND .550 OF LIFT. DO I NEED ADJUSTABLE ROCKER ARMS, OR WITH THE OEM ITS ENOUGH? IF NOT, WHAT ROCKER ARMS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Just a question. Does your caps lock work?

Aside from that, what year truck? do you have it tuned? is the intake and exhaust stock? Heads?

In the Magnums you have hydraulic lifters that will collapse some to make room for a little extra lift if you don't get the rockers perfect. Harland 1.7 roller rockers are pretty good, a lot of people use them. But any 1.7 roller rocker really will be just fine, and make it a little more 'snappy' as some guys put it. But stock will work.
