Installed 2 1/2" Carli springs on my 18' 2500. Passenger side was 1" lower than driver's side. I adjusted the cam bolts basically pointing straight down and it fixed lean. My question though are the cam bolts near correct position? What position is anybody else's truck?

On the 2500’s, the cam bolts are for caster angle adjustment.
With a solid axle, adjusting the cam bolts on only one side, will just put a lot of undue stress on the suspension bushings.
