Can I mount the R/T RC dual exhaust to my Crew Cab Tradesman?

I was looking at exhaust options and I really like the factory dual exhaust look for the truck. I came across someone local selling their complete stock R/T dual exhaust of their 14 truck. With the exception of the bumper, will it just mount right up to my tradesman without modification? I noticed I already have the hangers where the dual exhaust would be under the truck. I would ditch the factory muffler and use the 14" mufflex in its place.

The dual tail pipe section will work fine with the mufflex kit,

But if you're not changing out your bumper to one with the cut-outs,
you'll need rubber isolators that slip onto those hangers to be a little deeper than stock if you want the tips to clear your bumper.

Found someone selling a factory bumper with cutouts local as well, only drawback is that it has the park sense holes in it and those damn sensors are $250 a piece plus $20 for the bezel to replace and fill the hole.

Correct,

the only real difference from Reg,Quad,Crew
is the length of the 3" pipe between the Y and the muffler.

Some say the stock Sport muffler has a different tone due to internal chamber design,
but it should be the same size as the others.

The Magnaflow CatBack (16869) is a universal kit for all 4G Rams with factory duals

The Sport muffler does, indeed, have a different sound and is listed as "muffler - aggressive tone" on the build sheet.

Huh, now I wonder if it would even be worth it. By the time I buy the Mufflex, OEM exhaust and 5" tips I would be in it for almost as much as the Magnaflow kit from Moes. Plus I would still need a new bumper.

Another thing to keep in mind. Magnaflow has a killer warranty!!!

My 16869 kit had the rear passenger side tail pipe hanger rust completely through. After showing them these photos;





I now have a brand new kit on my truck.

You can get a aftermarket park sensor system for around $70...install it yourself...simple.
