Can I not install tow hooks?

After installing the level last night, I was looking under the truck at where the tow hooks are supposed to be installed. I noticed that it looks different than my neighbor's setup. Mine does not have the bracket that hold the hooks about half way down. Is the 2019 Classic not setup to accept tow hooks, or just a different install/hook?

The Tow Hooks should come with the brackets to install them.

Mine came with the brackets, and also I bought the blackout panels that were cut for the hooks.. I guess I could have saved $20 and cut the panels I already had or like some people just don't reinstall the panels at all.

Moot point later when I replaced the whole bumper

I just did mine and you'll be good... main bolt goes off the frame mount and ull have 2 18mm to bolt to the front where you see the 3 nuts.

Forgive me, but I do not understand where, or what, it bolts to near the piece with the three nuts.

Disregard... It appears as though you just remove the two bottom nuts and install them back over the bracket...

That price makes me question the legitimacy of that website...

I'm guessing the website is fine but the hooks are almost definitely reproduction (not OEM) - well part of it is in the way it's worded "replace on OEM.."

The price there isn't too different from Amazon - where they claim to be a reproduction as well.

I've read that sometimes they ship the wrong second bracket on aftermarket ones, also the price difference oem vs aftermarket was like 15 bucks in Canada... I paid 200 shipped to the door for 2 hooks and the larger bolts that go to the bottom frame mount. Put them to work a week after yanking out my plow truck after I over extended the plow and hooked it on some really packed snow. They worked great [emoji106]

Motor city chrysler in Windsor Canada... they have a parts site that i ordered from..you will have to cut the insert yourself

There's 2 ways to buy... 1 part number for the 2 hooks as a kit or else buy them separately per part number as I did... its about 20 bucks cheaper that way after I looked into it. Part numbers and cost in pic below
