I can't get the fuel filter life to reset. I noticed this after I did the 7" EVIC upgrade. Any chance I missed some setting that needs to be changed?

Or is there any other way to reset besides steering wheel controls?

You state the EVIC was changed. Possibly there is a mileage mismatch between the ECU/PMU and the EVIC, causing the the calculation to be way off for some reason.

That your only glitch since the swap?

It may not be related to the EVIC swap. I have a 2022 Longhorn ECODiesel, and I have experienced difficulties resetting the oil life using the steering wheel buttons, and on my 2013, the same. My 2015 Cummins, I also experienced difficulties using the steering wheel buttons to clear both the fuel and oil life indicators. I haven't found a workaround for the fuel filter life. Try again in a day or two; that is what resolved it for me.

Does anyone know if AlfaOBD can reset the filter life?

I had a 2017 with original 7inch evic and I always fought with resetting the oil life. Sometimes it would take 7-8 tries across 2-3 days.

My 2012 with the basic info center was always instant.

Sometimes bigger isn't always better.

That might be the case, I just happened to notice it after that. Seems like I remember having to do fuel reset twice even before. I've done it prob 50 times this time and nothing...no big deal, I do filters by milage anyway was just hoping it was something I was missing
