Cardone PS Pumps

Good Morning All,

Anyone have any issues with the Cardone power steering pumps? I have an 09 1500 with 5.7 Hemi. Replaced my stock pump at 240K miles with a cardone and I cant get the belt to stop squeaking. It only does it when it's really humid or rains. This is a new pump not rebuilt. Here is what was done

1) Replaced pump
2) Flushes fluid
3) Bled system
4) Primed pump
5) Checked belt alignment
6) Replaced belt
7) Replaced tensioner
8) Replaced alternator (needed it anyway)
9) Checked pulley its flush on the shaft lip

There is no belt movement or pulley movement when truck is running.

What the heck am I missing?

Looks like you covered all the basics. Can you check with the mfg for other ideas ?

I try to buy nothing with Cardone on it . I learned that myself and any Jeep forum usually echoes it . I had to return too many of their wonderful steering boxes. You say you have a new one from them ? I have never heard that before. I have only known them to sell remanufactured parts. I hope you have better luck than I did .
