Cargo camera install need help!

I’m trying to get the red locking tab off the front of the radio harness to pin the 3 wires. The instructions don’t tell you how to pull that off and I don’t want to break it.
Anybody have any idea how to get it off???

The little four slots on the sides. You put a small flat head or whatever you got into those to release the red tab.
