Catch can question?

So I’ve looked around probably not hard enough. But looking at my 5.7l wouldnt it need two catch cans in its system for best results. Reason I ask is I know one goes from PCV to throttle body. What about the vent hose from oil fill to air intake? Apologies if this has been covered and I just didn’t look hard enough.

The one from the oil fill to air filter box is the make up air for the pcv system,it stays in place,or some guys stick a small filter on it,if they have an aftermarket airbox with out the make up air outlet.
