So glad someone finally said this. Back pressure adding to HP is a myth that never made sense. Most small block v8 engines are going to peak out with 2.75” collectors going into 3” mains. Anything smaller risks increasing restriction at highest RPM and anything larger is a waste of money.

Cannot help much for Cats or No Cats. I see you said you are on Active Duty. You should not have any problems with being in another state as Long as your Home of Record is Florida. You can keep your registration and tags from Florida. I did that for years not to mention I did not have to pay the state taxes from other states because there was none for Florida.

I DECIDED TO KEEP THE CATS AND THEY ARE GETTING INSTALLED ON THE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER WHEN I HAVE A COUPLE OF DAYS OFF TO THEN GET THE TRUCK TUNED BY FRP WHILE I AM HOME. DONT WANT TO REALLY DRIVE IT WITHOUT A TUNE

just bought the flowmaster high flow ( or enhanced flow cats ) to replace my stock cats i figure its the best of both worlds. will get them in this week
