Make sure the garage door is fully open before backing/pulling out. My shark fin antennae clears by 1". And from this morning experience it doesn't take much to rip that sucker out.

Story: I started the truck & opened the garage door. I looked in the rear view and though it was fully open. While backing out heard a bang. Stopped and that sucker was laying on the rood ripped out!

After work, I dropped the headliner used a hammer and dolly to reform the metal that was pulled up, ground all the paint to metal, and put a few coats on to prevent rust. It all good to go until I can mix up some paint to color match.

Yup I'm a *******!

**** happens my man, about a year ago I got my wife a elliptical exercise machine from the store and driving from the store to home I f'n forget it was in my bed, lol. Backing in like a dumazz I only looking in my side view, had I looked in the rear view I would have noticed it, and wham I ruined her new machine and the flashing on my home, lol. Feel better? We should start a dumbest **** you even done thread.

I actually looked before I lifted and in fact this is why I am not lifting it. I only have 2 inches or so of clearance at stock height. I parked my truck next to a Nissan that appears lifted, and my truck was still taller by a lot. That is why these things are so dam comfortable, but their height is sneaky tall.

Yes they are big. I hated having a 2wd that sat as high as my previous Z71 Sierra
