I bought a whole new grille, and removed the inserts and installed them in my grille.

The P/N is CH1200327.

I paid $43.85 from Amazon for a new grille. They're out of stock at the moment, but it looks like PartsGeek has them for $58. (2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Grille Assembly - Body Mechanical & Trim - Action Crash 09 Ram 1500 Grille Assembly - 30144-04037772 - PartsGeek)

People want a stupid amount of money for the used inserts.
