Front pad change. A little surprised.

2023 Bighorn 4X2 5.7L. I was experiencing what I considered a soft brake pedal and also noticed that my brake fluid level was down considerably. I decided to change the front pads with 61,200 miles on the truck. I was rather shocked when I pulled the first set of original pads off. They look damn near brand new. I went ahead and changed both front sets and my brake fluid level did come up almost to where it should be and the brake pedal feels better. I was definitely expecting more wear on the original pads.

They seem to last really well. I wonder what the pads cost you? I'm about to replace mine and I just looked on like, one site had genuine oem mopar pads for $833 and another claiming oem pads for $157. I want to use original equipment but $833!!
