Changing 3:21 to 3:90 further action?

If I change my 2017 V6 from a 3:21 gear to a 3:90, will I need to do anything else? Computer adjustment or speedometer gear?

Actually yes. With AlfaObd there is an option to select for drive gear. I believe it helps the computer for the abs system and transmission. Same reason you’re supposed to change for tire size.

Thanks! Do you have multiple options for the gear ratio or is it limited to the factory options, 3:21 or 3:55. I am actually thinking about 3.73 gears as I want a little more pep, but I think 3:90 is a bit much.

2.92 u mean ! I did mine was told buy diablosport to leave it done see much to worriy about for me ?

The speedometer is read off of wheel revolutions, not engine speed. No adjustments necessary.

It was late when I typed that. Actually looking at 3:73 or 3:55. The truck runs in 6th and 7th when pulling the 3k lb trailer and the gas mileage drops to 13. It's ridiculous that it drops that much with this trailer. 22 all day without it.
