Ok, another new issue to chase down and hopefully find some answers lol. Taking the wife to work this morning and wouldn't ya know it! a new loud weird noise! the only way to describe it is it sounds like going over a rumble strip but only at cruising idle, under load or off load it goes away, cruise again and it comes back. My first initial thought was driveline, but upon remembering i had sometime ago had an 02 ram same issue turned out to be the rearend goin out, Your Thoughts? :)
Also and this part is everyone saying "another one!" anyone know if Diablo has a patch, support, or a fix to making sure the MDS is gone! from the pcm? tuner says yes truck says no lol. and I can attest there is NO MDS components in the engine at all!. All replaced with non mds units including a hellcat oil pump.
Thanks Guys n Gals

I'm guessing you're referring to the little green Eco light,it'll still work even when everything related to MDS is removed, you have to go into your settings and actually turn it off,if you want it removed.
My truck doesn't even have the mds wiring under the intake still in place, but it still turns on the Eco light,i left it turned on,as it's a good indicator on how efficiently your driving.
On the 4th Gens the eco light and mds aren't tied together, all the light means is you're driving in an efficient manner

No eco lights, no codes, nothing. the 5.7 runs perfect more so i pretty much rebuilt the whole engine, but at around 1300rpm's to about 1800rpm's the idle surges up n down like it's trying to go in and out of mds mode. the mds wiring was left under the intake. but when checking the mds status with the turner it never stays off even though the tuner says it's disabled. so thinking I'm just another not so happy diablo owner lol. but i thought i had seen somewhere others had gotten downloads for there tuners to fix the issue.

WHich diablo tuner are you using mine was able to shut it off intune i3. You have to go and edit the tune before you hit install think its under advanced setings.

I did the tuning myself and let me say, "it's not a strong suit of mine" lol. I did have a guy tell me it could possibly be something to do with the cel retaining whatever issue, i have no idea it's all greek to me.
