Chipped?

Is there any way to know if the truck I just bought has been chipped?

Maybe take it to a dealership they could probably check but then they might try to void everything you ever touch if they are jerks like that. Would you be able to see a chip if it was hooked up to the pcm but a tune would probably need to be looked at by a dealer or if you tried to hook up a tuner to your truck it might not let you export a stock tune if it didn't come with one but I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in.
