Chirp after cam lifter ?

So I yoked my motor out. Cam lifter chain tensioner push rods oil pump. Manifolds done and new gaskets

Motor idle amazing dead on. Truck runs great.

But, I feel the motor has this slight chirping sound. Listen for it in the video. I removed the belt to rule out pulleys. I posted on another board and got some comments like “ sounds fine to me” “Mine sounds like that to “. “Give it a while to settle in”. “ sounds normal”

What do you guys think ?

Could it be the transmission ? At idle.

I have never changed trans oil says it’s lifetime .

could it be a metal shaving in the mains ? or rod bearing.

Sounds fine to me just run it on a good note its WAY quieter then mine after a cam/lifter replacement also change oil after 1k miles.
