One noticeable deficiency IMO with my RAM is the choppy ride when running over ripples and roadway chop. There must be a fix......so what can be done to cure this? Bilsteins, Rancho's or something more intense.

I have the 20" rims

I've had Bilsteins on both my 07 and now 13. Makes quite a noticeable difference over the washboards.

Put a Hippo in the Bed. Definitely not Rancho's or entry level heavy duty Bils, those both will firm you up even more. Maybe 5100's see my sig, that is what I am running and they are pretty good. if that doesn't help you would look at getting an air ride suspension.

Never looked at the air ride with our back springs, dunno the options. It used to be real easy with back leaf springs. Now I'm a little curious about that. You used to able to do both, maybe the new air rides replace the shocks, in which case you couldn't run both. Just thinking out loud, check into that.

Lol if you think a 1500 is rough..you've obviously never had a 3500! Those things ride way more stiff!

The 5100's are at the top of my list but didn't even consider an air-ride system.....I'll look into that.
The RAM has that washboard tire bounce which I find unpleasant. My 13 year old Ford had a better ride, it had Rancho's.
