I added a roll-up tonneau cover, like the one I used to have on my previous truck:

Since I don't like things sliding to the front of the bed, I added some corner storage things with a bar that goes across them to keep stuff from sliding. The bar can also be used to push and pull items from the front of the bed.

After being blinded by bling surrounding the center console (chrome bezel) a couple of times, I decided to stop that issue. Being blinded is a common issue with these trucks, so I found a couple of write-ups regarding how to fix it. After prying up the bezel with some nylon tools (went around the edge several times, semi-evenly, since it has multiple latch points), I painted the bezel with plasti-dip spray (several coats), let it dry, and then pushed it back in place. The plasti-dip is sticky, I guess by the nature of the product, so only time will tell if it will become an issue and have to be replaced/redone.
