Cleaning between the cab and bed

So has anyone figured out how to clean between the cab and the bed. I've already used a pressure washer but I really want to rub down the oily grime and then spray fluid film on there. It's one of the few places that don't get protected. It goes in for the krown service every year but this area is one of the few that needs a little attention.

I used a modified soft wheel cleaning brush,added a bit of length to the handle
