2019 Ram issue

My check engine light is on and this is what I'm getting. Hybrid battery pack cooling fan 1 performance / stuck off. I don't have a hybrid truck , just a 5.7 Hemi? Is there something I'm missing here? Truck runs fine, other than the remote start won't stay on due to the CEL
