Are you referring to the connector to the coil pack itself or the entire harness?

Pop the red tab up,and press on the release tab,if they've never been disconnected they can be a bit tough to wiggle apart the first time.
Just don't go stupid on pulling the red tab up,as you can break them.
If you have big hands,you might be farther ahead finding somebody with smaller hands to press the release tab under the red locking tab .
