Anyone think setting bilsteins at 1.5"ish and some HBS 2" spacers to level? Will the bilsteins help counter the negative affect spacers have on shocks? If not then please let me know lol.
Just curious. Need new shocks and want to level as well. Rear sits 3.5" higher.

Probably not a good idea. I have heard some people have issues when using 4wd with bils at 2.8 edit: Nevermind just saw you have a 3rd gen, could be different.

You can only go up about 2-2.5" before you start to have problems and need a real lift kit. That will be too much.

I don't really want to go over a 3/3.5" lift in the front because I think the back is at a good height. So basically I'm looking for a little bit taller than normal level. What can I do to achieve that? Just trying to make a plan becuase at tax time I'll be buying all new shocks (badly needed), and probably will go ahead and replace the ball joints and tierod ends while I'm at it and get it aligned all at once.

So... what can I do to get 3/3.5" on my 4wd in the front? Obv the cheaper the better, but if it ends up being a ton, i will probably just do a full lift kit if I can afford it when the time comes.
