coolant question

going to do a coolant flush in the near future.i am just going to drain at the radiator drain,remove t-stat and flush a few times with distilled water.my question is,when i refill with coolant should i put some concentrate in to mix with the distilled water that will be left in the system before adding a 50/50 mix?

RMI25 is a great radiator flush if you think you have slime, if you are gonna do it your way with distilled water, just get a cheap Coolant Tester Hydrometer Tester like 5 bucks at most auto stores. Get back whatever your mix it.
