Low coolant message came on. What kind of coolant? 2016 CID

Dont have an actual answer, but if the heavy duty is anything like the 1500 series theres a sticker on the overflow tank that list the requirement.

Might say something like meets ms-xxxxx(numbers).

Google that and it should point you on the right direction.

It should be Mopar OAT coolant. When it's new it will be purple in color, then turns an orange-rose color over time, then back to purple when the truck is warm.


premix: 68163849AB
concentrate: 68163848AB
use distilled or deionized water only with the concentrate
