Crankcase Vent Tube (PCV) part #'s needed

All, been searching and searching but cannot find any part numbers for the crankcase vent tubing. I need all of it as it is shot. All i can gather is the pcv valve itself that goes into the oil filler neck.
I did find #'s for the upgrade version found on 05+ on a TSB, but cannot find out anywhere what components actually come in the kit as I would need a new filler and filter box lid and for the price of 33 bucks I cannot believe it would come with those two items plus everything else needed.

02 4.7 i need it for. I want all of the tubes and fittings for the two side that screw or push into the heads.

I know for jeeps and other chryslers they sell the whole assembly together, but cannot find it for the ram which is different. The tubing that goes from head to head up and over the rear and connects into the resanator is the main piece i am after.
